Role: Account Manager

We are seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and passionate about helping clients achieve measurable results through tailored marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Design, Web Development) to execute client campaigns on time and within budget.
- Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance metrics to clients regularly.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Handle client feedback, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client communications and project progress.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Monday.com).
- Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of content writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta business suite, and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
